Nose of honeysuckle and pears. Tart apple, pear and melon flavors with a hint of lime on the finish. A bit of RS. Lots of acidity, but not the big FLX minerality that is expected. No petrol aromas. Still well made and approachable. Great with spicy food. Solid and consistent producer.

Very pale, light, easy sipping white wine. Hints of honeysuckle wafting over green honeydew melon whisper on the nose. Pears & tart green apples on the fore palate with a burst of lime zesty finish. Tim had a taste of honey very early in his first few sips but I didn’t. Quiet, subtle notes of minerality as the bottle breathed & opened. It didn’t have the explosive mineral finish that we’ve come to expect from thus winemaker. This is a lovely, consistent and drinkable wine. (Stir fried General Tso pork over rice.)
