Reserve Finger Lakes Cabernet Sauvignon

Reds are hit or miss in the Finger Lakes, shich is a region better known for whites, especially riesling. However, this vintage sang and was better than average. It is fruity with raspberries but also woody with earthy hints. I think the aging has helped and it will probably get even better over time.

This is the reserve cab. A bit simple and closed at this point but not bad. Probably needs 2-3 years.
