I should’ve written down what the composition is but apparently I bought this and immediately blacked out because I truly don’t remember. Since it was a temporary cellar release sale I also can’t find the info now 😭 It’s suuuper dry and honestly, if it’s a play on words it could be Red Delicious apples. Also takes like a sour like the last cider I had but even more beer-like than cider-like in this case. I haven’t had beer since March so 🤡 guess I’m trying to make up for that. Bought this as a random 3-bottle cellar release package and excited to try the other two! Shacksbury never disappoints with their cider innovations.
