Third and last bottle of vintage. Tastes fine even with chill weather

Pale salmon pink. Strawberry and spearmint notes in nose, even when chilled, impressive. Strawberry flavor with hint of raspberry and black pepper, good acidity, mineral, white grapefruit and black pepper in finish. Decidedly dry and the better for it. Not quite as memorable as the 2017 but I like to think of this as one of my three “go to” local (Pacific NorthWest) dry roses

Flowery, fruit forward rosé blend of primarily Cab Franc. Definitely zestier than most rosés out there. So it’s a nice change of pace.
