Super dry and mineral. Straw/hay. Smoke. Complex floral quality, like dried pressure yellow flowers, and yellow raisin. Sweet nose, but bone dry on the palate and chalky finish. Pretty cool.

The 72 mo. Erbaluce, non dosage. Starts very tight. Time and air bring light straw, dried honey, astringency on the palate fading into mineral, talc, white rocks, lemons/limes. Amazingly lithe for a 72 mo. No heaviness.

Nose is lovely yeast. Some white flowers. As it opens elegant lemon flower perfume. With more time some elegant richness.
Palate is amazing. Lovely elegant citrus fruit. Not shrill at all. Delicious. So balanced. Mineral. As it opens gorgeous lemon essence. White flowers. Really good. Very distinctive.

Zero dosage Erbaluce sounds more unusual than it is. Subdued for a second, needs an extra dose of air to show some life. Give it that air.
It's elegant and floral with little hints of apple, peach, mint, orange zest, and proofing yeast. Maybe a little aromatically shy but does a hell of a lot in the mouth with no added sugar. Intensity, round viscosity and concentrated full of flavor.
Great overall - wished it were weirder, because I like weird.
