Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling Kabinett

This wine is sneaky. First taste is clean, easy and delicious. Then you start to sense the depth of fruit and mountain of acidity. Then you notice the bottle is empty.

So pleasurable, honeyed but crystal clear. I wonder if 2011s will age long, this one seems to be ready.

Notes of sulfer, spent fireworks, citrus & cucumbers on the nose. Kick ass! Some subtle sweet notes with citrus, tons of acid, minerals & cucumbers on the finish. Very juicy! Starts out slightly sweet, but finishes dry. A great wine for the price. Definitely a food wine.

Delicious and unique. Great acid, peach, apricot, sweet finish.

Good balance of fruit, acidity, minerality and residual sugar. Nice but not thought provoking
