Segura Viudas NV Brut Rosé: This brut rosé was a satisfying and refreshing gardening companion. It’s pleasing on the palate, with bright red berry fruit flavors joined by rhubarb and zesty citrus notes, closing with a somewhat creamy finish. Later in the day, it paired well with my curried chicken salad lunch.
