It really is a rouge de noir. Light red and with super bright Pinot fruit. Strawberries. A park wine.

The ballgame sucks but Schug's red bubbles are always good. Strawberry/tropical thing going on like a bubbly Beaujolais.

Pulled from cellar, 2005 Schug sparkler, holding up fairly well but fruit is fading a tad, might betime to drink. Nose still fresh, big strawberry & cherry. Good texture mid palate, very dry and tart finish.

Bitter but good sparkling wine. Reddish color appealing. Bought TAC for ¥4,450.
