Lovely kabinett, nicely in balance. Peaches and apricot on the palate, mod sweetness. Couldn’t drink a lot of it, but nice aperitif

Oct 18th, 2020Wow, that’s been slipping down rather quickly. The sweetness is in the background, more so than some recent kabinetts from other producers. Quite light on its feet. Quite floral, with a faint elderflower on the palate. Nice
