100% Gamay. At once fruity and structured, you should avoid drinking too cold to appreciate all the nuances that this wine offers. (16-18 degrees Is good). A nice acidity that gives gluttony, a fruity that tends towards the mineral, in some aspects reminds me Cabernet Francs d'Anjou more than Gamay Beaujolais. In the blind we could be mistaken. Not exactly what I expected but decidedly an interesting wine. Chateauxmeillant is a PDO full of resources and surprise.
