Very light pale salmon color in the glass. These guys make such lovely wines and it’s nice that they keep it up with the Rosé too. Really nice dried rose petals and citrus fruits on the nose with a touch of fresh herbs. If it wasn’t already obvious, this isn’t your standard cookie cutter Rosé, not by a long shot. It’s exceedingly fresh and lively and has plenty of complexity and depth that’s rare nowadays. The palate generally follows the nose with vibrant citrus, baking spices, and floral impressions. This is what Rosé should be, what it could be. If everyone gave a damn.
