Fantastic. Much better than when last tried in 2013 - definitely needed those few more years in the cellar. Rich layers of flavor, but surprisingly delicate on the palate given tbe blend. Easily has 5 more years of development ahead of it but is drinking well right now with a little air time.

As yummy as Saxum has been. A bit more alcohol smell and taste than my other Saxums but great balance with lingering fruit taste.
