Ruby red. Attractive saline qualities and a good degree of acidity. Red cherries, rose petals. Very food friendly.

fantastic macerated strawberry carrot seed brick color with an explosive strawberry rhubarb nose. it’s got the remarkable mouth-coating viscosity of chicken soup - an unctuous bath of black pepper, cranberry skin, lemon rind, wood ear, chili flake, shale, bonaroo, and cough syrup (in a good way, baby).
