Leather, sweet roasted fennel, nutmeg, vanilla, pink rose, cardamom. This is a great wine, tannins are soft, good acidity. I'd drink this now, and our with a juicy filet grilled rare over charcoal.

I've always loved these wines, this is a little more elegant than the '05, but there's definitely some oak in here, probably the most modern expression of Nerello your going to find.
