Classic method from New Zealand, 13%. A very unusual, and unexpected, sparkling wine made with Sauvignon grapes. Pale yellow color. The nose is undoubtedly an experience: a little tomato leaf and green pepper, but mostly a very intense scent of grapefruit juice. Also a little guava, and passion fruit, really a tropical explosion! In the mouth it's really a Sauvignon, but a bit strange. 78/100

Opulent, bright and celebratory bouquet - yoghurt with passion fruit, gooseberry, lychee, bubble gum. Simple tropic bomb, but tasty and well balanced. Love green touch in the aftertaste. Great alternative to Prosecco bubbles, just different profile and more honest.
