Dom Ruinart Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne

One of my favorite Champagnes this bottles was fresher than several of the bottles I have had in the last couple years . My only complaint it was a little one dimensional. Maybe this bottle just needs more time ?

A great bottle of my favorite Champagne very young impressive aromatics , minerality , stone fruits elegance and power with nougat and brioche nuances . Incredible !

Out of magnum delivers as usual a special bottle of bottles .

Always a favorite !

I love the 88 usually score it between 95 and 97! Serious bubbles in the secondary phase of life .

In the second phase of like toffee , caramel , yellow fruits mineral and grilled nuts always a favorite out of magnum !

I have had this wine more than any other tete de cuvée and it's amazing that this bottle was so young still. It drank at least 10 years younger than it is . A great Champagne that will age another 10 to 20 years in good bottles.
