This is an interesting wine, made from Grechetto and Trebbiano grapes. In nose has a delightful white flowers and cítrics notes. In mouth is very fresh with pomelo hints. I matched it with shrimp and garlic pasta.

Our “House White” simply Chameleon for white meat, fish or seafood cuisine. A great value, refreshing without food and consistently a thirst quencher. White flowers scents, front of citrus fruits, light olive oil viscosity and finishes with fresh pear tartness. This puts a capital “W” on Wino! 🥂

Pleasant surprise ! summer delight.... Mandarin, green apple, Bosh pear, floral and greens . I Love that is not too sweet. It keeps a beautiful balance. Even though the floral it is quite overwhelming there is a pleasant hint of almond that rise the bar for this modest price wine. I really enjoy it and surprise me in a good way. Honestly I bought it just for cooking but took a zip and gain my respect... The risotto came out amazing :D !

Meh! Wanted to try it before visiting Orvieto. I'm not a Pinot kind of guy. I did not get my promised hints of pears...
