Cabernet Sauvignon

Still a ton of fruit and dusty earth. Almost called it Bordeaux.

I loved this wine. Amazed at how much life was left in the nose and palate. Tannins were totally resolved, elegant and pure.

When I decanted there was a monster slick of dregs, careful with storage and service or you will end up with a muddy mess.

Didn't know anything opening this bottle. What a fun find. Leather, tobacco, earthy, stewed red fruit.
