Don't fully recall but seems not the same as last time we drank Mueller RR Valley Tempi Pinot Noir - not as smooth, more tannic with more bite on front-end of tasting. May need aging but I dunno... breathing does not help us or the wine. Still has several characteristics of Mueller - full, deep fruit/berry flavor, nice bouquet and legs - but not up to better of RR Valley Pinots or Mueller Pinots. 9.0 is a stretch...

Mar 27th, 2019One of the finest Russian River, CA. Pinot Noir winemakers. Very full -flavored, full bodied w/deep dark fruit, balanced. Needs to have time to open up but extremely easy on the palate thereafter. Great finish. Excellent Pinot...buying again.
