Light to medium in body with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with limes, citrus, earth, green apples, light vegetables, grapefruits and white pepper.

Medium finish with bitter almonds.

This is an easy drinking Sauvignon Blanc from Paso Robles. Crisp, refreshing and good for the pool or parties.
