93-94. Brambly fresh red fruit. Tart like cranberry and pomegranate . Pretty tight a couple hours in. dense but retains a softness. Some pepper. Not a spicy zin. Biale is definitely light on the oak (burgundy barrels with 25% new oak) but this has a nice layer of vanilla to it. Age it for a few years.
