Light and refreshing, beautiful acid with a delicate mouth-feel. A touch "simplistic" but maybe all the better for it. Drink now. Not sure it's got the stuffing for the long haul but I think my palate might be more tuned to Clare Riesling.

Lovely fruits
A touch of spices, minty freshness
Just a far flavor of kerosene in the background that gives it a bit of charme
All in balance and nice finish
Very good đź‘Ś

Very impressive youthful Clare rizz. Green apple skin, lime zest, white florals, talc, slate and radish. Finishing is immense and acid is so linear and focused. Often find young Aussie Riesling tough to really enjoy but this shone

An Aussie Riesling that I, a Canadian Riesling “freak,” can happily knock back. Too bad we couldn’t arrange an on-the-spot tasting at the winery the other day.

Apple, talc; touch more texture and less line and drive.

Really delightful Citric tones, smooth and tasty AF. Hanging fruits, sweetness has a tang

(Actually, Delectable, it’s Rieslingfreak No.4 Eden Valley Riesling. “Reverence of riesling” is just a slogan and shouldn’t be in any of the wine names.) Vibrant and lively while being elegant. Lemon-lime nose followed by a racy palate offering more of the same plus wet stone and a hint of pith and green apple tartness.

Fresh citrus with some herbaceous notes. Almost lemongrass. The nose is so inviting. Apple tartness and bite. So dry. Textural. Good stuff.
