Mar 27th, 2021A stunner. So well presented, displaying baked biscuits, almonds and lanolin on the nose. Palate is pristine, precise and laser focused. Presents grapefruit and kiwi fruits on the mid palate. Finishes steely with light wood treatment, and a judicious amount of sweetness. This needs a little more time in the bottle, in order to further spread its wings.
