Round two...
Yes Scott...there is more jammy but not by much.
Sharp on the nose.... deep flavor.

Nice surprise. X-mas gift (you never know how itโ€™s going to turn out)

Getting a little barnyard funk and petroleum on the nose along with stewed fruit. In the mouth it is tangy fruit, rhubarb and molasses. The finish is moderate acid and bitter cherry.

Stewed fruit nose. Tart cherry and molasses with good acid in the finish and chewy tannins.

A very nice red blend table wine. Probably the best red blend from Bevmo during the 5 cent wine sale.

Kerosine nose that isn't noticed once it is in your mouth where black and tart fruit predominate with some tar and black tea. Acid come through in the finish with pencil lead.

This is a wine that needs decanting. On first taste it had a slightly sulfur nose and was all fruit juice in the mouth. After sitting for a while the nose mellowed and the wine gained body and some pepper. Still pretty fruity, though.
