Pop and pour yesterday. I don't always drink grenache, but when I do...Yum. This is fantastically pure and solid grenache. Raspberry incense, wild strawberry coulis. Lovely acidity, good density, and a bright, tangy finish, with attenuated tannin. At peak, and excellent.

Jun 21st, 2021More than 5 years since my last btl, and this is absolutely singing. I don't get the VM score (86) at all. Just a fantastically pure grenache, starting to whsiper about secondary aromas. On the nose: red raapberry, a touch of imcense, soft sandalwood and leather...wow. On the palate, excellent acidity, a touch of savory cured meat with the black raspberry...light on its feet, but great density, attenuated and soft tannin on the juicy and tangy finish.
