Ok. I know Robert Parker says 92. I am convinced until the very back of the tongue gets assaulted by salt, heat and smoke. Don't get me wrong. This wine is INCREDIBLY interesting and, paired well, is not a swing and a miss at all for me. I am just feeling a bit manipulated. Nose to tongue to swallow are explosively different....which is hashtag Portugal for me. Barnacles for dinner and not knowing how to feel. But......intriguing.
