Beautiful expression of fruit and very true to its birthplace. Another testament to the greatness of the 2015 vintage in the Douro Valley.

Earth driven scents of red fruit. Palate with very well balanced, easy drinking black fruit, and a bit of soil. Very well balanced, with medium tannins, and a black fruit filled finish.

3/21/8/5/3+50=90pts.

Dark rubi robe, nose of blackcurrant, anise, hints of cinnamon and notes of violet. Very fresh and balanced, medium bodied, very polished tannins and no excess of wood here. Decant 1 hour before or give it another 4 to 5 years. Enthusiastically recommended in particular to those who love their reds in classical fashion.

Very good but a step down from recent vintages. Still a decent value.

This a great value! If you have not tried some of these Duoro reds, you are missing out. This baby version is just a taste of what it's big brother is like.

This wine is going to knock me out but I’m going to enjoy every minute of it. Red fruits, round, delishhhh. Give tannins time to mellow. Watch out at 14%.
