Ruby Medium-Dry Port Blend

Whoa. I loved this even though the rest of the class hated it.

The tawny is better straight up, but this will be perfect for the hot ports I'll be guzzling.

Good, round, warming flavor profile but certainly brighter than the Tawny Port to which we're accustomed.

Ruby is probably my least favorite of the Ports, but this fulfills my sweet tooth nicely. Hints of dark chocolate and cherry. Maybe some hardwood from the casks?

Compliments the 70% Cacao Jubileu chocolate well. Both purchased from Leiria during a trip to Portugal.

Really sweet and bit dry
