Ruby is probably my least favorite of the Ports, but this fulfills my sweet tooth nicely. Hints of dark chocolate and cherry. Maybe some hardwood from the casks?

Compliments the 70% Cacao Jubileu chocolate well. Both purchased from Leiria during a trip to Portugal.
