Classic Portuguese Red Blend. Beautiful and complex on the nose. Dark berries, grilled herbs and dark chocolate. A bit less note worthy on the pallet. Dark berries, black currants, licorice and dark chocolate. Aged nine months in French Oak. A bit of sharpness on the finish. Dark purple color and soft tannins. Quite respectable and solid. Just not spectacular. Give this one a decant.
