Wow! Lots of ripe stone fruit and dried apricots on the nose, but with an enveloping earthy richness likely imparted by the clay and terra cotta amphorae this was aged in. Honeyed, floral, and a touch salty-sweet. So complex and delicious.

Dried apricot, apricot, and some really lovely, perfectly balanced minerality with a slightly lactic sour tinge and some black tea notes adding complexity as it opens. Lots of character, classic Touraine with lots of body and just a hint of salinity. Mild oak. (DELECTABLE STAFF - PLEASE FILE UNDER AZAY-LE-RIDEAU IN TOURAINE)

Stone fruit, slightly apricot and undertones of baking spice on nose. On the palate velvety yet still light with vanilla and almond and citrus notes
