Etna Bianco White Blend

Lemon zest / Smoky minerality / med+ acidity with tangy bitterness / scrubby underbrush, medium body / crushable, refreshing

Super fresh wine. Lots of yellow fruit and a dense, smoky minerality. The smokiness is not as noticeable on the palate but it gives the wine a somewhat oaky feeling even though it never touched wood.

Mineral, grapefruit, (sour citrus)

Smells like Herby chicken soup. Crisp and citrus on the palette #etnabianco #quantico

Savory and dry but almost tasted like their may be some botrytised grapes in here

Racy, minerally and kinda ashy. Drank this with kingfish carpaccio and loved it. Great bang for $

I have had a shit-ton of excellent wine today. None more fascinating than this.

Funky, reductive nose with some hints of rosemary; fresh, racy, lots of texture, notes of salt, caramel, and lemons; long, oily finish. Similar weight to a good dry Vouvray, but a very different flavor profile. Funkier than what I'm usually into, but I loved it! Paired nicely with the random avocado BLT that I whipped up for dinner, but would pair even better with oily fish dish.
