More rose petal and minerality than Pora 2014 and Ovello 2014. Tart raspberry, sweet rose water, slightly sanguine, rosemary, balsamic vinegar. Elegant, long finish, well structured.

This wine is amazing. A beast, with intensity of fruit, spice and herb, but not tannin. Healthy dose of wood. Really good, going to be great in 2028. Perfect balance.

Nice little lesson in Italian wine courtesy of @Mark Flesher . The nose on this was actually muted...not much aromatics. Darker red in the glass than I expected. Lovely weight on the palate. Older leather, plums, cherries. Finish isn’t fruity at all. Would love to compare one of these against a newer vintage. Thanks Mark!

Be still, my beating heart. Abundant fruit, tannin and acid...all pretty much in balance. Showing well now but will be even better down the road once it takes on secondary characteristics. What a beauty!

Whoa. Crazy good. Beast of a wine. Deep pomegranate, dry, earth.

My favorite from a tasting of 2011 Produttori crus. Rich fruit and well-balanced. Ready now.

Will live on for 50+years. Tight but already beautiful... Loads of red fruit, flowers and just happiness...
