Tried this at a tasting, loved it, and bought it for $14. Green bright acid, with really great melon mineral on the nose. Strong acid, so definitely best with food. Lovely notes of lime, white blossom and grapefruit, all coming across creamy on the nose. Not much of that survives the acid on the palate or makes it to the green apple grapefruit finish, so again: best with food. Loved this with tilapia cooked in butter, white wine and lemon juice.
