Taste: raspberry, parm rind, crunchy plum, clay and chalk earth, young, chewy wood.
Feel: thiiiiiick, dry, mild tannin but high smack, sticks-to-your-lips
Coulda aged longer, would have been excellent with a rich meal. Consider a big boy steak or some fatass meatballs.
