La Segreta Sicilia Il Rosso Red Blend

Kind of tastes like a rustic, table wine with just a tiny hint of funk on the finish. Light legs, soft tannins and fairly dry. Enjoyable without any specific pairing.

Meh, not a huge fan

Paired w/dry-aged tenderloin, carrot-coriander puree, asparagus tips, rosemary gnocchi, black garlic jus

Smell is Sulphur and alcohol at first, then after that, fruits and herbs shine in the nose.

Chalk! Full of minerality, with high acid and pomegranate, A great table wine, not cloying or too sharp. And a stelvin enclosure is always one of my favorites. Very eco friendly and easy.

Mineral, suave

A little too immediate with the tannins. Not pleasant.

I expected this wine to be better than it was… a semi dry medium bodied red blend, balanced acidity and tannins. Not a jammy wine but no real structure. I enjoyed the wine but was disappointed.

A balanced wine but without great personality. It reminds a little of some Bordeaux wines. To ventilate for an hour and refresh a little bit.

Un vin équilibré mais sans grande personnalité. Ça rappelle un peu certains vins Bordelais. A aérer une heure et rafraîchir un tout petit peu.

Loved this. Easy to drink. Very little tannin and finished clean.
