Sulphur. Ripe citrus, lime skin, lime cream. Green apple. Pine lime. Tangerine. Hawthorn flower. Touch yeasty. Rather primarily st the moment.
Medium plus acidity, quite racy. Medium bodied. Length is okay.

Absolutely excellent. Vivid and pure. Bright and fresh with energy for days. Beautiful Bourgogne blanc as always

2017 PYCM Bourgogne Blanc. Ordered off the list at Kokk in SF on date night. Excellent. Can taste the stainless in a good way. Lemon peel, grapefruit, green apple.

Insane energy here. Just ripe tropical fruit with minimal reduction on the nose. Medium bodied with very subtle oak and a creamy mouthfeel. Electric acidity. So clean.

The two big surprises of 2019 for me have both been Bourgogne AOCs; the first being Bachelet’s Rouge ‘15 and now PYCM’s Blanc ‘17. It is a beautifully captured handful of pale and sparkling sunlight - with billowing wafts of lemon peel and white peach. Obv depth is lacking compared to his village or GC, but still holds up very well with some really refreshing acidity and purity.
