With ripe fruit aromas and fresh acidity, this natural pinot blanc shows a great example of a good grape on a good soil harvested at the good moment! Also preserved of any sort of oxydation wich makes it very (very) appealing.

Touche de sucre résiduel très bien intégré. Perlant, nez un peu oxydatif...un vin magnifique.

Love this producer. This is a chasselas, cloudy and appley with wild yeast contributing what tastes to me of ageing beef! Fricken good!
