Very floral, but with the notes of oak peaking through. Chalky, ripe stone fruit, some peaches and nectarines. Bit of creaminess, but the floral and vegetal notes are the main drivers. Light acidity, and light body.

A white from Pierre Cotton is the new experimental album from the young gamay slinger. This, I assume, is mostly Chardonnay from the small plot he acquired not long ago.

So big, you can sniff a little heat from the alcohol. Round and creamy like almond butter hand lotion. The oak is neutral, the acid dialed down, folded right there into a little basket of fresh picked yellow apples, mint green melon, chamomile, and blooming jasmine.

Big ole white for a cold fall night.
