Coeur de Craie Trois Puits 1er Cru Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs Pinot Noir

Pure Pinot. From 2014 vintage, 5gr/ltr dosage in Oct 2018, non filtered, 700 bottles only.
Tastes like a very fancy, lightly sparkling white burgundy, like a whole fancy French meal in fact. But doesn’t necessarily taste like Champagne, good enough for me not to care.
