I love the food possibilities of orange wines, this one will go with squash soup, kale, and lobsters, can't think of a better pairing. This one is thick and chewy, lots of orange rind and herbal spices, super tangy.

Sep 3rd, 2015Such a cool sauv blanc, fermented as whole berries without any pressing, aged on the skins and left then pressed after fermentation. Bright orange color. A white wine with tannins!! Lychee, orange peel and nice acid finish.
