Some unintended fizziness. Gotta swirl to get rid of it. Once you do, you get a lovely array of lemon, papaya and minerality.

2014 Riesling Vom Kalksteinfels. Awful. Virtually undrinkable. Like apple cider wine. No wonder German wine has a bad reputation. Sometimes it's fully deserved.
