Expected this to be a fun, citrus-y kinda pet nat, ended up still being a fun pet nat but one who can throw it’s weight around a bit. Tastes like orchard fruits gently blowing in a mesquite scented wind, basically it’s beautiful.

An orange wine that's light, lively, and a bit rough around the edges. Smells a tad moldy, and tastes like cardboard, mead, apple cider vinegar, and fermented flowers. Definitely an interesting wine, although not really my taste. Doesn't have that same effervescence you get from many vinho verdes. Would be good with a nutty hard cheese.
