Very pale green yellow. Flinty, slightly reduced aromas that I find compelling and delicious. Petrol, lime zest, citrus oil, wet stone. Sharpish and mouth watering with high acid and a medium minus body and alcohol. Bodes well for a very long life in the bottle.
