Green apple and tangy apricot delivered with great vibrancy. Slight mineral under tone. Great wine that perfectly paired with a Bavarian style vegan meal 🤓 - yes sounds paradoxical but true! Wanted to cook some brats with it but we were out 😅

Heady, perfume-like aromas of peaches, nutmeg, white flowers, citrus peel, and slight petrol and oyster shells. Straddles the line between old and new world Riseling notes, but lacks the viscosity of an Alsatian wine. Lingering, slight effervescent finish. I'd rate it higher based on the exquisite bouquet, but the odd finish at the end turns me off a bit.
