A different approach to Riesling. Vinified biodynamic. No pesticides in the vineyard & interventions in the cellar. A lot of green tea, fennel and Aloe Vera on the nose. Medium bodied with nice acidity, lacks a bit of tension on the mid-palate. A very subtle wine which needs attention to fully get understand.
