Yellow in color with a golden hue.

Nose of citrus, green apples, light grapefruits, herbs, oak, light vanilla, plastic and spices.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity and creamy.

Dry on the palate with over ripen citrus fruits, oak, spices, vanilla, lemons, green apples, light earth, limes and almonds.

Tangy finish with nice length.

This is an extracted Chardonnay from Australia.

A little stinky, which some really love. Was probably better a year or two ago.

Paired nicely with the semi-hard goat cheese.

13% alcohol by volume.

88 points.

$20.

Pale lemon color with aromas of tropical and stone fruit with citrus notes. On the palate flavors of peaches and apple with melon and lemon citrus, lively acidity with notes of vanilla. Medium finish ending with citrus fruit and oaky mineral character. Nice, tasting well now.

The silver packaging wrap they put it in is just awful as opening is not an easy task. Pale lemon color with aromas of tropical and stone fruit with citrus notes. On the palate flavors of peaches and ripe apple with melon and lemon juice, lively acidity with notes of vanilla oak. Medium+ finish ending with citrus fruit and oaky mineral character. Nice, even better if they just dropped the silver packaging.

First, the silver packaging wrap they put it in is just awful as opening is not an easy task. Pale lemon color with aromas of tropical and stone fruit with wafts of citrus. On the palate flavors of peaches and ripe apple with melon and lemon juice, lively acidity with slight notes of vanilla oak. Medium+ finish ending with citrus fruit and oaky mineral character. Nice, even better if they just dropped the silver packaging.

On the palate flavors of peaches and ripe apple with melon and lemon juice, lively acidity with slight notes of vanilla oak. Medium+ finish ending with citrus fruit and oaky mineral character. Nice, had this a year ago, still tasting well, even better if they just dropped the silver packaging.

For Burgundy lovers: a round, no hard edges, completely & subtlety Oaked chard. Quite compelling, & 20$-under. Very elegant.

Can’t recall/name the aroma I was getting but on the nose I was not a fan. Drinks way better than the smell, but will not repurchase.

Wonderful Chard from down under - sharp, creamy with a slight citrus twang at the finish. I did not realize Penfolds even made a chard, and glad I picked this up. Excellent standard chard notes on the nose, great mouth feel all around. Great glass!
