Lovely fresh SB from Pelter, hand picked from vineyards in the Galilee and the the Golan in the north part of Israel. Light straw color, lovely nose of lime and tropical notes, medium light fresh body with crisp acidity. A lovely wine for a summer nice, fresh yet not complex, my score 86, drink now.

Selected for us by the owner, this was crisp and mineral in an old world style.

First Israeli wine. Super light in color. Crisp. Citrusy. Go to Galit in Chicago!

Israeli sauvignon blanc blockbuster... and for a reason.

85% sauv blanc
15% semillon

10.8% abv

whole cluster press that makes it super pale... almost completely transperent.
3 months in stainless steel before being released.

medium + acidity.
medium - body.

grapefruit, lemon peel, that expected freshly cut wet grass and hinted tropics.

medium 🎯

lovely and super drinkable.

excellent vfm (75 nis) .

paired well with simple dinner of omelette, israeli/arabic salad, chickpeas with tahini, baked sweet potatoes with chicken and some sourdough bread.
