Acacia and jasmine, oyster shell, lemons, lime, just ripe apricot and pear. Crystalline like mouthfeel, candied ginger, caramelised orange and sherbet. Lively acid, as it draws long on the palate. Would've been higher if it wasn't for a strong banana estery thing late in the piece.
