Stunner! Slight oxidation brings out a nuanced nuttiness on both nose & palate, bitters bring more character to the fore. Would match some pretty punchy flavours. Had this with sushi and the component it worked best with was the pickled ginger! Note - would not suggest decanting this or letting it hang around too long once open.
