Riesling made with fruit from a satellite vineyard (hence the name). Very atypical but still pretty delicious. So atypical in fact that it was submitted for VQA as a blend instead of a 100% Riesling, which it is.

Sweet hay, chamomile, marmalade, preserved lemon, lemon thyme. Bright, medium weight, excellent acid.

Delicious and complex Niagara Riesling, light gold colour with a nose that hints at tropical flower and fresh lime. Very zingy acidity with a semi-dry palate resembling cider with a long saline finish. Paired with a spicy coconut shrimp curry.

Take the lifted and frozen salt-filled paw of a modern wolf away from the sidewalk and into your own warm paw. Transfer your warmth to it at the cost of smelling like a dog when you had intended to smell like a human baked good. Let it's wagging hips rest on your shins. Feel the hot head of dog fever set in hard.
